Designed and developed a comprehensive analytics dashboard to monitor SLA performance, KPIs, uptime, ticket response times, and user login metrics. The dashboard integrated multiple data sources, giving leadership teams real-time insights and operational visibility.

Problem :

Leaders didn’t have one clear place to check how services and teams were doing, so issues like missed SLAs, slow replies, short outages, and odd login spikes were noticed late because the info was split across many tools.

Solution :

The redesign sprint focused on creating a more intuitive and visually appealing user experience. Navigation was simplified with a clear, consistent menu structure and prominent search functionality, allowing users to find products quickly and easily. The checkout process was streamlined by reducing unnecessary steps, providing clear progress indicators, and integrating popular payment options for convenience.

The new interface adopted a sleek, modern aesthetic with ample white space, clean typography, and cohesive color schemes, making the app feel both fresh and trustworthy.

The challenge was to make all tools use the same metric definitions, keep the data fresh and fast at scale, and protect sensitive incident and user information while keeping the dashboard simple to read..

Summary :

A single, real‑time dashboard that brings together SLA status, uptime, ticket response and resolution times, and login activity into clean views for leaders and ops.

It shows what’s healthy, what’s slipping, and why—using alerts, color cues, and drill‑downs to the exact service or team.

By replacing scattered reports with one live source of truth, it helps teams act sooner, reduce outages and backlog, and improve reliability with clear, measurable results.
